Technical Marketing Manager
Serve as a liaison between the formulation lab and the customer leading the development, market launch, and sale of industry-leading defoamer products into pulp mills, pharmaceutical companies, food manufactures and other markets
Strategic innovator able to propel high-volume account and sales growth through improvements to product portfolios and processes.
Adept at increasing sales by evaluating competitor market positioning in order to drive future product development.
Proven history of building profitable customer relationships by identifying customer needs and presenting company products that offer solutions to client problems.
Strong team builder with a talent for motivating personnel to meet and exceed expectations and achieve company goals.
A hands on leader both instructing and at times working side by side with chemists to formulate products
.Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree in a science curriculum; Chemistry degree preferred
- Prior experience with Defoamer Technology and Application in the Pulp and Paper; Agro; Food Industry; Pharma and/or other industrial defoaming market segments, with advanced knowledge of lab and chemical safety
- Familiarity with ISO, standard Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
Strong analytical, Root Cause analysis and problem solving capability, along with solid supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills
