My client a company in business software servicesand they have an opening in their professional tax division. This opportunity requires a unique skill set of 6 sigma as well as a background in sales.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The successful candidate will be an energetic accomplished charismatic Six Sigma professional. The background of this candidate must include a history of success along with a strong traditional six sigma skill set. Backgound in a process sales background is essential. A background in software is a plus
POSITION GOALS
Partner with the existing management to implement the Process Excellence six sigma culture.
Responsibilities
My client provides business and financial management solutions for small business, consumer and professional tax, and accountants in the United States, Canada, and internationally. One of their major divisions has an exciting opportunity in Plano, Texas for a Process Excellence Partner. My client looks at this position as the engine to build leadership bench strength.
This individual is replacing a team member that has been promoted into a strategic role in their organization. This role will drive Process Excellence into the DNA of the organization: Drives Cross Functional improvement strategies through strong relationships with key leaders: Serve as a source for Black Belts and Green Belts: Advocates End-to-End Customer experience to increase Net Promoters. This- role balances strategi zing with the business; coaching across the business - focus on Black Belts and Green Belts; and executing projects.
The ideal candidate will have a - Master's in business or finance or a related field, MBA or equivalent relevant experience, be Master Black belt certified or minimally have black belt certification. Will understand the environment of supported products, how they work and how customers use them. Be an advocate for end to end customer experience. This individual will have a proven track record driving positive change in a complex environment along with a continuous improvement passion. The individual will have significant Process Improvement, Project Management and/or internal/external consulting experience.ess Excellence into the DNA of the organization: Drives Cross Functional improvement strategies through strong relationships with key leaders: Serve as a source for Black Belts and Green Belts: Advocates End-to-End Customer experience to increase Net Promoters. QUALIFICATIONS:
Tangible
BS Degree
MBA preferred
2+ years of experience in process improvement, organizational change, and project management is desired
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
Experience in financial services
People management- Coaching and mentoring
Experience in a sales environment prefer a process sale
Software experince is a plus

7) Desired: Knowledge of Data analysis statistical software package such as MiniTab or SAS-STAT with advanced tools knowledge including DOE (design of experiment), hypothesis testing, simulation, regression analysis, FMEA (failure model effect analysis), QFD (quality function deployment)
