Professional results with a personal touch. Our executive searches subscribe to a simple model. SESI will conduct a needs assessment and then discuss the engagement parameters with you.

SESI will create a Strategy Map to determine the direction and focus of the research on targeted organizations and prospective candidates

As candidates are screened and interviewed, we will prepare a progress report. If specific issues hamper the search as it is being conducted, we will work in conjunction with you to resolve them.

Following our initial screening process, a slate of candidates will be presented and interviews will be scheduled. As references are verified, we will prepare the candidate and assist in the offer presentation.

We continue our support and service after the assignment has been completed. SESI will follow-up with you and the newly hired executive on a monthly basis to assist in the assimilation period.

History

In 1994, Michael Siegel started SESI, an executive search firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. The firm had an early concentration in the placement of executives who worked for organizations that supplied industrial additives. As the practice grew, the focus expanded into the placement of individuals in technology and biotechnology marketplaces. SESI has placed individuals in the following roles Vice President of Strategic Business Unit, Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Corporate Development, Director of Engineering, Global Director of Quality, Global Director of EHS, CFO, National Sales Manager, Director of Engineering, National Product Development and Application and many other key positions with our client partners.
